Many of our Theater Camps will be hosting Winter Reunions for their previous campers, and Winter Open Houses for interested new campers and families. Each camp is different, and some offer activities for the entire family.

BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Morrison Center Summer Performance Camp is designed for students entering 3rd through 12th grade. Each camp is 6 days and includes 2 performances. There are roles for all age, skill and experience levels. Campers will experiences acting, singing, dancing, confidence building, and making new friends. CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Theater, Musical Theater, Dance, Music/Band, and more.
CAMP LOCATION: Located on the Boise State University campus, the Morrison Center for the Performing Arts offers four separate weeks of Summer Performance Camps for student who love musical theatre. Learn to sing, dance and act while making new friends and building confidence. Students will create and perform a fully staged musical for three shows in the Danny Peterson Theatre at the end of each camp week.

CAMP FACILITIES: Located on the banks of the beautiful Boise River, the Morrison Center for the Performing Arts offers world class performance venues, rehearsal and classroom facilities, and easy access to downtown Boise and the greater Treasure Valley.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Students who are entering 3rd grade through 12th grade work together each week to learn and perform a fully staged musical for two separate performances. Students learn the basics of acting, singing and dancing while also participating in camp related activities such as arts and crafts classes.

Be sure to ask each Idaho Theater Camp about the amount of theater instruction and the overall intensity of their theater program.
Some Top Idaho Theater Camps offer rigorous daily theater training and lots of intensive theater experience. Other great Idaho Camps offer theater as an elective or recreational activity with much less training and intensity.

CAMP FACILITIES: We meet at the park each day under a canopy at long tables, and on the ground. We play a "cool down" game each day.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Our philosophy is that kids should play hard, learn fun, run, laugh and go home grubby. A family-owned operation, we have six kids of our own and have created THE summer program we've searched for for them.degrees in humanities, CPR certification and background checks ensure that those we entrust your and our kids to are passionate about, devoted to and skilled in sharing our programs, nature's wonder and learning with our little "grubbers."
