CAMP PROGRAM INFO: "Building Characters One Child at a Time"
Stage Kids WA develops and nurtures young people's potential through classes, workshops and performances. Our professional staff encourages creativity and delivers quality performing arts training for both the beginner and the experienced performer. Fun is had by all as we emphasize life skills such as responsibility, confidence, teamwork and creating new friendships.
Stage Kids CA was recently honored as "Best family-friendly musical" for their holiday production of "Bah Humbug".
Often, the success of a show is determined by the number of tickets sold or the overall presentation. To us, the process is just as important (if not MORE important!) than the performance, so we focus on challenging and growing the children. After all, that's what makes a better show...theater skills are really life skills!
Stage Kids WA is a program of the Campbell Children's Theater Foundation - tax exempt under IRS 501(c)(3)
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Stage Kids offers year-round after school musical theater classes and seasonal productions in addition to summer camps.

All of our staff go through a two-week staff training together, preparing program areas, practicing safety procedures, working with equipment and attending important sessions covering topics from working with children to bullying and child-abuse prevention.
Each camper unit has two unit leaders who attend all activities with that unit and provide support for each camper while facilitating team building and group bonding. These unit leaders are in addition to our program teaching staff, allowing our staff:camper ratio to be at least 1:5. Units are schedule to participate in activities week by week, including drama, archery, nature, adobe oven, garden, high and low ropes course elements, canoeing, kayaking, sailing and an endless amount crafts activities.
In addition to our daily programs, all camper units go on overnight camping trips once per week, and beginning at age 13 participate in multi-day outcamp trips. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Jonah began in 1996 through the love of a Grandmother for her 24 grandchildren. After many years of doing "Grandma Camp" on her 20 acres of woodlands, the desire grew to create a Christian camp experience for other children. "Grandma" Bernice Duke approached her son and daughter-in-law, Jeff & Beki Duke, with a dream to sell the homestead the family had owned since 1965, purchase the Old Trout Lake School, and start a camp.
We program our own camps during the summer. We specialize in small, hands-on camps with a strong emphasis on relationships. Please check our website for more info. Camp offered are: Prime Camp, Ultimate Kids’ Camp, Day Camps, G.I.R.L.’s Camp, Man Camp, High School Camp, Adventure Camps, Family Campout and Grand Camp.
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Camp Jonah is a Christian, 501(c)(3), non-profit camp and retreat center. We operate year-round providing Christian camps, and hosting rental camps and retreats; we provide facilities for various activities and serve as a hub for many community events.

An extraordinary overnight or day camp experience for aspiring young musical theater performers (ages 10-20) in a spectacular mountain setting. Talented students will work with an amazing team of musical theater professionals (actors, singers, and choreographers) to become “triple threats” of the stage: acting, singing, and dance! Singers and non-singers will learn to find “their voice,” dancers and non-dancers will learn to move on stage with confidence, and all students will learn to apply excellent acting techniques to their musical theater performances. All classes, master classes and workshops cater to each student's specific needs and skill levels by creating a safe and nurturing environment for all kids to express themselves creatively through theater. Acting groups are assembled to receive age-appropriate instruction. This program is designed to give young people life-changing experiences in theater instruction, skill acquisition, and the confidence to use them.
