BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Glenelg Country School offers summer programs on an over 90-acre wooded campus. These programs for children ages 4-17 include traditional day, adventure, sport, and specialized camps. Campers enjoy opportunities to utilize the pool, tennis courts, playing fields, computers, and other amenities. Extended day programs, swim lessons, and pool memberships are available.

Theater, Musical Theater, Dance, Music/Band, Video/Filmmaking/Photography, Fine Arts/Crafts, Soccer, Golf, Swimming, Tennis, Volleyball, Wrestling, Basketball, Baseball, Team Sports, Computers, Math, Science, Technology, Academics, Adventure, Travel, Wilderness/Nature, and more. Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Flag Football, Fitness, Multisport, Cooking, Yoga, Foreign Language & Culture, Sewing, Reading & Literature, Writing, Math, Journalism, Art, STEM, CIT, Science, Technology, Filmmaking
CAMP LOCATION: Glenelg Country School offers summer programs on an idyllic over 90-acre wooded campus in Howard County, just outside of Baltimore, Maryland.
CAMP FACILITIES: Glenelg Country School campers enjoy opportunities to utilize the pool, athletic center, tennis courts, playing fields, theater, outdoor amphitheater, technology labs, pond, outdoor classrooms, and other amenities.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Glenelg Country School has been offering quality summer programs for over 30 years. Our Summer programs provide children entering Pre-K4 through grade 12 with a fun and educational experience in a relaxed and safe environment. These programs include traditional, adventure, sport, and specialized day camps and sport clinics. A Counselor-in-Training program is also offered for high school aged students.
Extended day program, bus service, swim lessons, and pool memberships are also available. Our summer programs are staffed by members of the Glenelg Country School faculty, supplemented by other qualified professionals, and assisted by junior counselors; all staff members undergo a criminal background check and we maintain a camper-to-staff ratio of less that 10 to 1.
CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: The Counselor in Training Program offers opportunities for older campers to work on leadership skills during the summer, including hands-on activities, team-building, communication, and problem-solving.
